| INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CHAIR-PERSONS IN THE SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS |

| The Organizing and Scientific Committees are grateful to you for accepting to be a chair-person in this Congress. We believe that this task is essential for the normal development of the program and for the necessary precision in such a scientific event. We request you to have into account the following guidelines, considering that this is a World Congress at the highest level with a great international repercussion: 1. The session will be under your responsibility; thus, the Organizing Committee delegates the necessary authority to you. 2. We recommend to organize your task as follow: - Once confirmed by the moderator the presence of all the speakers, you will open the papers session and introduce the moderator. - The session must strictly adapt to the established time. Although this control is the responsibility of the moderator, you will advise him in this subject. - At the end of the session you will do a brief summary of the contents and bring it to a close. |

| The Organizing and Scientific Committees are grateful to you for accepting to be a moderator in this Congress. We believe that this task is essential for the normal development of the program and for the necessary precision in such a scientific event. We request you to have into account the following guidelines, considering that this is a World Congress at the highest level with a great international repercussion: 1. You have to confirm the presence of all the speakers and indicate them the intervention order. You only will attend any change in this order if it is absolutely justified. In this case, you will inform to the technical personnel about the changes. 2. After the introduction of the chair-person, you will inform to the audience that the questions and answers will be at the end of the session depending on the remaining time. All the questions will be formulated in writing, using the official forms provided by the assistants. 3. You will mention the person who is going to speak, the title of the communication and the work centre. Then you will give the floor to the speaker for exactly 20 minutes. 4. This procedure will be repeated for every lecture. 5. You have to warn the speaker two minutes before the end of the time. At 20 minutes the intervention will be stopped. 6. At the end of the session you will read the questions which will be briefly answered. If there are no questions you can start asking. 7. The session must strictly adapt to the established time, both in its total duration and in every intervention. |
