Official Lecture Sponsorship
The sponsorship of an Official Lecture includes the travel, accommodation and registrations expenses for three speakers and chairpersons (Chairman and Moderator) in the Congress.
The sponsorship of an Official Lecture gives right to:
“Sponsored by” mention and sponsor company logo in the Congress Programs from the contract firm moment and in the own Lecture session.
25% discount when acquiring a stand in the commercial exposition.

Integrated Symposium Sponsorship
The organization of the Satellite Symposium is paid by the sponsoring company.
The Symposium Sponsorship is part of the Congress official scientific programme. All integrated symposium programmes must agree with the Congress guidelines and must be submitted to the Organizing Committee for approval.
Publications and written material are made together with the integrated invitations, programmes and abstract booklets or Congress records. These Publications need the approval of the Organizing Committee.
Included services:
Room rental for the duration of the Symposium (quarter a day).
Standard technical equipment.
The programme of an Integrated Symposium will be published in the Final Programme.
After signing of the contract, the title of an Satellite Symposium will be published in the Preliminary Programme, provided information has been provided in time.
Use of the conference logo.
The sponsorship will be acknowledged in the Final Programme – “Made possible and arranged by…”.

Workshop Sponsorship
The workshop organization is paid by the sponsoring company.
The workshop is part of the Congress official scientific programme. All workshop programmes must agree with the Congress guidelines and must be submitted to the Organizing Committee for approval.
Publications and written material are made together with the integrated invitations, programmes and abstract booklets or Congress records. These Publications need the approval of the Organizing Committee.
Included services:
Room rental for the duration of the workshop (half or complete day).
Standard technical equipment.
The programme of an workshop will be published in the Final Programme.
After signing of the contract, the title of a workshop will be published in the Preliminary Programme, provided information has been provided in time.

The Abstract book will be published in a special number of the journal Archivos de Medicina del Deporte, with University curricular value.
